You and your team of four will be creating a newspaper based on the events which happened in San Francisco around the year 1906. These events will be compared to those occuring around the turn of the 21st century. Each of you has been hired as a reporter with the following titles:
• Front Page Editor
• Feature Story Editor
• Political Cartoonist
• Editorialist
You will use each of these roles to complete the pages of your newspaper. When you finish your job, all of your pages will put together into a single newspaper. You will be using resources from the novel, Dragonwings, by Laurence Yep and Internet websites.
